DIY Refurbish Vintage Electric Clothes Iron Mar 2014

This antique piece should be from the 1930s or 1940s which is also family owned. Tried to give the piece a refreshing look but certain area of the steel parts are quite badly corroded. Decided to polish only those areas which are still correctable.
